The Driving While on Business Policy Supplement is designed for all businesses.

It provides a format for assessing the hazard represented by driving on business which you may then use to assess the individual requirements of your specific business.

This policy statement is intended for businesses where employees occasionally drive - eg to meetings or backwards and forwards to site - not for businesses where employees are engaged to drive such as delivery companies or transport businesses.

This package is intended for use where employees provide their own vehicles. If your business provides the vehicles then you should amend the policy accordingly and provide a statement of the kind of vehicles you propose to provide.
