The legally required Health and Safety Poster is not provided free by anyone we can find but you can use the Pocket Card or Leaflets described below instead of the poster if you wish. The pocket cards and leaflets can be purchased from us or they can be downloaded for free from us (see the links below). The problem with leaftles and cards is they get lost, thrown away or discarded and you cannot necessarily prove that you handed them out. If you provide them instead of the poster then you must provide them to each new employee who joins you.

The health and safety poster is printed on biodegradable material with hologram for additional security. Supersedes the earlier editions published with ISBNs 9780717624935,0717613801,0717614249. You can continue to display existing copies of the 1999 health and safety law poster until 5 April 2014, as long as they are readable and contain up- to-date contact details. After this date, you must display the 2009 approved poster or give workers personal copies of the 2009 equivalent pocket card/leaflet available in these formats: Pocket card ISBN 9780717663507, Easy read leaflet 9780717663521, Large print leaflet 9780717663484, English /Welsh leaflet 9780717663514.

Seperate posters available for England, Wales and Northern Ireland.

The Offshore Installation poster reflects the workplace environment in the offshore oil and gas industry and incorporates additional information about the health and safety responsibilities of the owners/operators of offshore installations.
